Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Static to Scale provides a free AI-powered Digital Product Roadmap Builder that generates a personalized business roadmap based on your quiz responses. We also offer a paid cohort program (the "Static to Scale Cohort") for which you may join a waitlist.
Your roadmap is generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. It is personalized to your inputs and intended as a strategic starting point to help you think through your digital product business.
The roadmap and all related output are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or investment advice. Results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Ballast and Beam Holdings LLC makes no guarantees regarding income, revenue, or business outcomes.
We encourage you to use your roadmap as a starting point and consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
Fees for any paid programs or services, including the Static to Scale Cohort, will be disclosed at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the fees listed at that time.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update our refund policy for future offerings.

All content on this site — including design, copy, and code — is owned by Ballast and Beam Holdings LLC. The roadmap generated for you is yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute roadmap output as your own product or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballast and Beam Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any roadmap output, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Google, Meta, Kit, Supabase, and Anthropic. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.
